We currently offer shipping on the website to the UK and NI Ireland - HOWEVER if you would like a post to an area that falls outside of this - please use the chat feature or email info@starcrystalgems.com to ask us for an individual quote on your shopping items - parcels must be below 2KG.
*Please note* - Postage delivery time - DOES NOT including picking & packing times - this may take up to 5 working days, but rest assure I will work as fast as I can!
How much is delivery?
So that we can keep our individual prices low but our delivery quality TOP QUALITY, we are now only using NEXT DAY SERVICES - charges from £6.50 for each completed order to be delivered
Our shipping costs incorporate all parcels weight, size, as well as tracking and full insurance supplied by the courier service; as well as a contribution towards the cost of the packaging supplies. Please bear in mind the boxes/wrapping we use to keep your purchases safe on their journey do cost us too.

IRELAND Postage & Packaging Costs
The prices are as follows:

We will not be liable for any orders held at customs. If your parcel has been returned due to being unclaimed, not called for, incorrect shipping address or received a failed delivery attempt or customs refuse it .
You will be charged for an £10.50 + Vat (£12.60) courier return fee (that we are charged automatically from our courier provider to ensure the goods are not lost misplaced or discarded) and additional shipping. A resend fee must be paid and this would not be valid for any cancellation or a refund once returned by the postal company.
We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses submitted by customers or for failed delivery attempts - courier emails and text messages are issues to you daily - so you can alter with the courier if you are unable to sign for your parcel. This is part of our high grade postal service we offer. Please download the couriers app to amend your delivery once the parcel has left us. You are provided with 2 attempts and also an emails and text messages to alter to a place where a signature can be provided. This is your responsibility once the package has left us - not ours. Please ensure you double check before submitting information and ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely.
*Further Delivery Information*
Some companies inflate the price of their products and then advertise "free delivery" where in reality, they include delivery in every price which means, you are paying delivery per item instead of per order and hence why we can deliver such good costs on our merchandise.
Please note we are unable to compete with the speed of larger retail companies – I am a one lady band.. and when I can get the help of others this is greatly appreciated for speed, therefore please allow UP TO 5 working days for us to process your order before it’s shipped.
Delivery times may alter and be extended during our busy periods
i.e. Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas etc. - Please note although that we using next day delivery for smoother deliveries this is not a guaranteed service as the mail systems are all overloaded at theses time of the year. And the closer we get to UK HOLIDAYS occasionally delays may occur. Unfortunately, because couriers ares a different company to us, we can not control their times or their work loads.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We now only offer Tracked AND fully insured services so you can keep an eye on your packages journey. Our UK Next Day Delivery parcels are 98% successfully delivery within 24 hours of leaving us but please not occasionally delays may occur the closer to Christmas or holidays we get.
UK / IRELAND Standard parcels generally take 2-7 working days to arrive once leaving us, with which every postage courier we have selected (this depends on each depot receiving packages and processing times varies in each part/area/town of the country. I do not control or work for any courier so the length of delivery is out of my control once it leaves my house). As above please note it may take up to 5 working days to dispatch your order, prior to being handed over to the shipping company. - (PLEASE NOTE UK STANDARD IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE CHRISTMAS SEASON - AND ONLY USED FOR NOTHERN IRELAND)
